Is there a minimum order quantity?
We cater to both small teams and large corporations! While some specialized decoration methods have a 12-piece minimum, we offer several options for smaller "one-off" or low-volume custom orders.
Can I mix and match sizes and colors?
Yes! As long as the design and ink colors remain the same, you can mix and match garment sizes (Small through 5XL) and even different shirt colors within the same order.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed size charts for every garment in our catalog. If you're local, you can also stop by to see fabric samples and "touch and feel" the quality before you buy.
How long does it take to get my apparel?
Our standard production time is 7-10 business days after proof approval. If you have an upcoming event, please let us know your "in-hand" date so we can schedule accordingly.
Will my logo look exactly like it does on the screen?
Screens display colors in RGB, while apparel is created using thread or ink. We use a professional color-matching process to get as close as possible to your brand colors and will always send a digital mockup for your approval.
